Lefse is a traditional soft and crispy potatoes-based Norweigian flatbread which originated from Norweigian Cuisine. In generally, Lefse is made of potato, milk or cream, and flour, and then cooked on a griddle. It is optionally add on with other ingredients, such as cinnamon, sausages, eggs, and hot dogs depending on the cook’s preference.
